I help people reset from screen-based existing and digital addiction to healthy, joyful living.

Do you find yourself scrolling instead of getting things done?

Every day feels more demanding and overwhelming. You try to relax but find yourself scrolling for hours instead of doing all the things you should be.

You don’t know what the purpose of your life is or how to find meaning. Everything just seems too hard to figure out what needs changing.

You remember life being slower and easier, with time to socialise and energy left to do hobbies and sports, or chill out doing nothing in particular.

Are your kids stuck on phones and you can’t get them off?

Every time you see your kids, they’re glued to their devices. You’ve tried everything and nothing is working.

You wake at 3am filled with dread, feeling there’s more you should do to protect them from the online dangers.

You try to keep up with all the changing options on smartphones and parental controls and being tech savvy but who knows what’s going on when they’re outside the home.

Is AI creating more problems than it’s solving?

Your job’s turned into being a technologist, navigating screens all day long. You’ve forgotten what it’s like to go home feeling exhausted, not rewarded and satisfied by a good day at work.

You’re using AI but it’s not reducing your workload. You’re finding it harder to concentrate for long periods, read a book or have long conversations.

It’s difficult to make the sorts of plans that you used to. It’s harder to make decisions and you’re easily irritated by small disruptions.

How We Can Help

I’m an international speaker and certified mindset coach, and founder of Re-Humanising, a movement that questions the AI-driven future and our unhealthy addiction to smart phones and always-on devices.

After more than 30 years in the IT industry, I burnt out as National Manager of an Information and Analytics practice in Australia, losing not only my job but my sense of self-worth. This crippling experience and subsequent discoveries about what had gone wrong led me to study the Ethics of AI and speak out publicly about the damaging effects of harmful technology.

Now I work with global thought leaders, parents and change makers ready to digitally reset and replace screen-based living and excessive use of technology with a healthy human future; one that’s based on compassionate human values, real community and care for the planet we all live on.

When I’m not working, I’m exploring the beautiful landscapes and vibrant culture of Seoul, South Korea, or visiting international friends and family, capturing the essence of the real world in poetry, photographs and paints.
