Why This Matters

Parents are struggling with how to make sure their kids are developing in healthy ways away from screens. It’s not easy getting across what’s really happening, and trying to deal with it on your own often increases stress and conflict within the home.

As a mother of two children, I’ve been through those same challenges. Being an experienced IT professional, I thought I knew enough to protect my kids - but it was too late when I found out what they’d really been exposed to and what kids are really doing on smartphones.

Why This Is Needed Now

AI has increased the problems still further. It’s not just Social Media.

Every day, kids are dealing with DeepFakes, AI chatbots causing suicides and increasing amounts of violent pornography that’s become commonplace for kids to watch for entertainment. Often children are left distressed and feeling isolated even when they’re at home, suffering mental health problems that last into adulthood.

It’s just too hard for parents to decide what actions to take when the technology is constantly changing, without reliable information and a clear, proven system to guide them.

That’s why I decided to develop the Family Digital Detox Program.

It’s not about rejecting technology or telling you how to be a better parent. It’s about getting your kids out of danger and guiding your family away from the digital toxicity that’s ever present.

Our mission is to help you to help your children live the happy, healthy lives they deserve to.

We’re passionate about the rights of all children to live active, joyful lives.

Our vision for the future is one where children are thriving, with opportunities to experience all that life has to offer, not getting a worse deal than when we were young.

They shouldn’t feel disconnected from their own purpose, unable to enjoy or experience the world around them.
